Neil McInnes was responsible for the build of our architecturally designed permanent home in Mangawhai. Throughout the whole building process Neil and his team impressed both of us by their attention to detail, building skills and their communication of progress. His local knowledge of selection of subcontractors was invaluable and their work was closely supervised by Neil. My wife and I were a bit apprehensive of a new building project but Neil and his team made the process painless and when a problem did arise Neil had the skills to solve it.
